Shipping + Handling
We offer Standard and Xpresspost™ shipping within Canada for a flat rate fee. All shipments are sent via Canada Post and include a tracking number and insurance for the cost of the parcel. The estimated shipping dates below do not include weekends and holidays.
Standard: 3-7 business days for $10
Xpresspost™: 1-2 business days for $20
USA & International
We currently offer Xpresspost™ shipping (2-3 business days) to the USA for a flat rate fee of $25. All shipments are sent via Canada Post and include a tracking number and insurance for the cost of the parcel. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for international shipments.
All USA orders require a signature upon delivery. Please note we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you choose to waive the requirement for signature upon delivery, we will not be able to reimburse or replace lost or stolen shipments.
Once your order has been processed it is dispatched via Canada Post. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Track Your Order
One your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive an email from Canada Post that will include a link with your tracking details.
Duties & Taxes
Any orders shipped within Canada do not incur any duties and taxes are included in the final price.
For USA customers you will be responsible for any duties, taxes or custom charges. Please note Lily Winter does not have control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as it varies on the destination. Should you want to return any items, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Refused Shipments & Incorrect Addresses
You will be responsible for any refused shipments from Lily Winter, including original shipping charges, duties, taxes and customs incurred on the package and the cost of the return back to Lily Winter. This will be subtracted from your merchandise refund, if any. If the item is not received and sent back by the postal service, you will be charged the actual shipping fee, deducted from the price of the item. We will contact you upon receipt of the package.
